- Minimum Heart Rate: 115 BPM
- Estimated Calories Burned: 467
- Total Distance: 2.1 Mi
Looks like I spent most of my time in HR zone 3 instead of zone 2 which isn’t a bad thing. I’m not sure yet but I’m thinking about adding some riding instead of weight training on my off days to improve my running endurance so that I can maintain a sustained run for the full time I’m supposed to spend running.
