Second Training Session for the 5k Run

In my second day of training for the 5k here are the stats…

  • Total Time: 00:40:18
  • Time In-Zone: 00:25:40
  • Average Heart Rate: 134 BPM
  • Peak Heart Rate: 182 BPM
  • Minimum Heart Rate: 117 BPM
  • Estimated Calories Burned: 554
  • Total Distance: 2.4 Mi

Looks like everything is coming together nicely on the walking/jogging path right now. In order to keep things mixed up and increase the number of days a week I spend working out I’m going to do some upper body stuff at the gym on my off days to balance the running.

In addition to this I’ve been eating raw food for 4/5 meals a day pretty consistently. I’ll be posting some information on that here in the future to share what I’ve learned on the matter.
