First Blog, First Training Session

In my first day of training for the 5k here are the stats…

  • Total Time: 00:26:00
  • Time In-Zone: 00:20:46
  • Average Heart Rate: 165 BPM
  • Peak Heart Rate: 191 BPM
  • Minimum Heart Rate: 142 BPM
  • Estimated Calories Burned: 482
  • Total Distance: 1.8 Mi

Had it not started to rain I would have continued another 0.2 Mi rounding out to 30 minutes of jogging/walking. I would say that compared to the aggressive training plan that I am ahead of schedule because I jogged between 3 and 5 minutes of the total time.
