- Minimum Heart Rate: 142 BPM
- Estimated Calories Burned: 482
- Total Distance: 1.8 Mi
Had it not started to rain I would have continued another 0.2 Mi rounding out to 30 minutes of jogging/walking. I would say that compared to the aggressive training plan that I am ahead of schedule because I jogged between 3 and 5 minutes of the total time.
